Irfan Khan
Information Analyst
"I've decided to wear my daggy flannelette pyjamas to work on 24 July.
I know my friends, colleagues and family enjoy seeing me do silly things, so it
won't be hard to get them on board to donate.
It'll be fun, and the proceeds are supporting a great organisation."

Kirsty Jones
Primary School Principal
"One of my staff suggested we should do something to 'Stress Down on 24/7'
So we asked our students for ideas and have decided to have an ‘Angels and Wizards’ day.
Anyone can participate by donating a gold coin.
It's a great way to get creative whilst supporting a worthy charity at the same time."

Gavin Renton
Retail Manager
"Well I'm not the most creative person in the world but I'm keen to be involved. My family has been
touched by depression, and I know the importance of the services that Lifeline provided.
I've decided to buy some "Stress Down" slippers and am encouraging my staff to do the same.
It will certainly raise some eyebrows but will be good to show our support to Lifeline"

Peter Tindale
Managing Director - Marketing Agency
"Minimising stress in the workplace is a real priority for our organisation.
"Stress Down on 24/7" is a great opportunity for us to address this and look for ways to improve our working environment beyond the day itself.
We've decided to employ the services of a masseuse on 24 July. Our staff can have a 20 minute massage in return for a small donation to Lifeline.
We're also going to run a competition for the best "Stress Down" ideas to implement in our workplace. The winner will be rewarded with an extra day-off."

Jenny Bisset
Housewife and mother
"Juggling things at home can be pretty stressful at times.
So to "Stress Down on 24/7" I'm selling tickets to my friends for a day at my place free of housework and full of indulgence (such as chocolate and DVD's)
What a great way to Stress Down, catch up with everyone and support a great cause at the same time."
