There are lots of things you can do to Stress Down on Lifeline’s Stress Down Day.
Here are a couple of ideas:
Stress Down with a lunch or morning tea
- set-up a Stress Down cafe providing tea and coffee in return for a donation
- have a ‘cake-off’
- cook something delicious to share with friends and colleagues
Stress Down with some physical activity, such as:
- go for a walk or a jog with your friends or colleagues
- organise some games or activities
- have a paper chase
- throw a frisbee during your lunch break
Stress Down by running a relaxation raffle
- raffle a massage or day-spa visit
- raffle a day off work or school if your workplace or school agree
- raffle a pamper hamper with tea, soaps, chocolate and other nice stuff)
Stress Down by wearing your pyjamas all day (to work or school)
Stress Down with a fancy dress or theme day at work or school
Stress Down with a comedy event, such as
- put together a 5-minute comedy skit with your friends or colleagues
- organise a laughter hour in your board room or class room
