How do I get Involved?

Individuals and organisations can
get involved by doing one of three things to raise funds:

If you have collected money at your event, you can send it to Lifeline using the banking details below

  1. Creating your own ‘Stress Down’ event. For example:
    • Have a 'Dress Down', casual or theme day (even wear PJ's or slippers to work)
    • Host a social or team-building event
    • Organise a 'Stress Down Zone' in your workplace (maybe engage the services of a Massage Therapist or Yoga instructor)
    • Run a staff competition for ideas to improve the workplace
    • Better still, come up with your own ideas
  2. Purchase limited edition ‘Stress Down on 24/7’ merchandise. Options include novelty slippers, beanies, mugs and lapel pins; or
  3. Simply make a donation. You can choose to:
    • Donate Online (just click on the Make a Donation button). You will be emailed a receipt and personalised Stress Down on 24/7 certificate of appreciation
    • Donate By Post – cheques should be made payable to ‘Stress Down on 24/7’ and mailed to
      Lifeline Australia
      PO Box 173
