If you haven't yet sent in your proceeds from Stress Down Day 2009, there are a number of ways to send your money to Lifeline

Please include your Stress Down ID number (if you have one) to help us acknowledge your donation.

Deposit at any NAB Branch:

Simply take your proceeds to any NAB branch

If you received your registration pack via post, use the enclosed deposit slip.
Otherwise, please fill out a deposit slip at an NAB branch with the following details:

Be sure to keep your deposit receipt to attach to a Donation Return Slip so we can acknowledge your donation. If you don’t have a Donation Return Slip – you can download one here.

Deposit via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT or Internet Banking):

Transfer your proceeds via EFT (Internet banking). Be sure to add your Stress Down Registration ID (if you have one) as the reference. A Stress Down ID was provided during registration for Stress Down Day. If you don't have a Stress Down ID – just add your organisation name in the Customer Reference.
